The course consists of one small lap for juniors, one small and one large lap for seniors.

Please, no gazebos as very large cattle shed for race HQ.
Free Tea & Coffee for runners in the cattle shed, the venue has a very nice cafe for something more substantial, please note payment is by card only.
Dogs allowed (not running !). Please keep dogs on leads at all times as this is an environmentally sensitive area.
Ample parking but please car share if possible.
